I had an overall enjoyable stay at Grand Whiz Poins Simatupang Jakarta. The comfortable lobby and friendly staff made a great first impression. however, I did experience a few inconveniences with my room and some facilities. The strategically located hotel offers a lovely view but could benefit from more attention to detail.
